About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and develop research programs within a division, center, or department
- Lead a team of researchers to advance rigorous research and evidence-based practices

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field including two (2) years managerial experience

- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS)
- Expertise in application of the learning engineering process.
- Knowledge of learning analytics, data mining, and educational assessment frameworks.
