About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports and instructs those served by the department with complex queries

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field
- Proficiency with event management and operational platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Airtable, Stova, Qualtrics, Zoom, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Experience applying project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in higher education, education technology, or faculty development programs
