About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the end-to-end administration and support of SAP S/4HANA systems
ensuring high availability, optimal performance
encompasses managing day-to-day SAP BASIS operations, including system upgrades, configuration, monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
ensuring compliance with organizational standards, governance, and SAP best practices
Perform all activities related to technical maintenance and administration of SAP S/4 HANA and related environments.
Proactively monitor the SAP landscape, report system metrics, and perform performance tuning when required.
Execute installations, upgrades, support pack implementations, kernel upgrades, security patching, and add-on installations.
Manage Change Management processes including Transport Management System (TMS) administration.
Perform client administration, system refresh, homogeneous/heterogeneous system copies.
Collaborate with infrastructure, DB (HANA), OS, and security teams to ensure high availability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline
minimum 7 years of SAP Basis experience including exposure to RISE / HEC / Cloud environments
Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations / rollouts and support experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.
Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, Cloud ALM & BTP
Experience with system monitoring tools like Cloud ALM and third-party monitoring tools.
Experience with SAP Fiori administration, Gateway setup, and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within constrained timelines.
