About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source and prospect new B2B accounts yourself via cold calling, personalized emailing and LinkedIn, without waiting for leads to be provided.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls every day to feed and grow your pipeline.
- Qualify customer needs, then present and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end through closing, rigorously documenting your pipeline in HubSpot.
- Handle inbound leads with discipline, while ensuring this never replaces your outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success to refine your strategy and leverage data and AI to boost your performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales of SaaS or technology solutions, ideally with initial experience in a document management context.
- Strong phone skills — the phone is your primary prospecting tool — and the energy to sustain a high volume of calls.
- A hunter mentality: autonomous, results-oriented and able to build a pipeline from scratch rather than wait for one to be handed to you.
- A strong capacity to learn: coachable and able to progress quickly based on feedback.
- Good command of (or a strong appetite for) HubSpot CRM, and a solid understanding of the challenges around digitalization, automation and AI.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and clear, persuasive communication; fluent in French and English, spoken and written; German is a strong plus.
