About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take commercial responsibility for strategically important retail partners
- Expand existing business and establish new product categories
- Responsible for sales planning, forecasts and budget control
- Develop and implement annual business plans with retail partners
- Optimize premium retail concepts in collaboration with the trade marketing team
- Data-driven account management to improve account performance
- Identify new product categories and retail partners
- Serve as the central commercial interface between customers and internal teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Retail Business Development
- Proven track record in managing and growing strategic retail accounts
- Solid experience in annual planning, forecasting, budget control, and commercial negotiations
- Successful implementation of sell-in, sell-out, and retail performance initiatives
- Strong understanding of retail operations and POS excellence
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Existing network within the German and Austrian retail sectors is a plus
