About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Retail Business Development
  • Proven track record in managing and growing strategic retail accounts
  • Solid experience in annual planning, forecasting, budget control, and commercial negotiations
  • Successful implementation of sell-in, sell-out, and retail performance initiatives
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and POS excellence
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Existing network within the German and Austrian retail sectors is a plus
