About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and implementation of HEOR strategies and tactics for product value demonstration
- Collaborate cross-functionally to impact brand strategies
- Own the customer input process
- Lead development of research plans, protocols, and budgets
- Conduct analyses and prepare reports
- Employ advanced technical expertise for health economic and outcome research projects
- Manage effective project management aspects
- Timely execution and communication of product-specific HEOR strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctoral level research degree (e.g., PhD, ScD) in a relevant discipline (health services research, epidemiology, health economics, decision sciences)
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong scientific knowledge of therapeutic area
- Understanding of HEOR methodologies
- Ability to conduct data analyses independently
- Five (5) years relevant experience for Doctoral OR seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience for Master/Clinical Degree or other degree certification
- Demonstrated expertise in health services research, pharmacoeconomic analyses, patient-reported outcomes, prospective and retrospective observational research or pragmatic randomized trials
- Strong methodological, quantitative and analytical skills
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical business
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills for research dissemination
- Strong Leadership skills for leading cross-functional teams
