General Counsel

• Own legal needs across the company, spanning interactions with regulatory agencies, government and commercial contracts, employment matters, and IP risks.
• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for internal stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Business Development, and Operations - acting as a true mini-GC for the business.

Corporate Counsel

Accounting Manager

• Support periodic close processes, ensuring precise reporting.
• Entirely own accounts payable and procurement operations, ranging from vendor management and invoice processing to final payment execution.
• Assist seamlessly with financial statement audits and proactively maintain deep financial systems knowledge.
• Continuously identify, design, and implement smart process improvements to increase the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of accounting operations.
• Actively support the documentation, design, and daily adherence to internal controls, keeping Cape in a continuously SOX-ready reporting posture.
