Account Executive

• Manage a daily lead pipeline of listed vehicles, working to convert sales & achieve daily, weekly & monthly revenue targets
• Brokering negotiations between sellers & buyers, managing pricing expectations to achieve agreement between both parties
• Manage and overcome sales objections, adhering to our sales frameworks
• Upholding expected quality standards through all interactions & processes for both sellers & dealers- ensuring their experience with Carwow is positive to secure future, repeat business
• Achieving daily KPI expectations in terms of call volumes, email & text contact cadences
• Maintaining expected pipeline hygiene, updating all lead status & notes accordingly. Ensuring clear history of activity & smooth handover to our post-sales fulfilment teams
• Utilise and build your industry knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible price for their vehicles.
• Engage in active communication with sellers and buyers through various channels, such as telephone, email, online support systems etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members in our pre-qualification & post-sales teams, to provide insights and feedback on specific customer situations & needs.

Junior Sales Executive

• End-to-End ML & AI Ownership: Lead data science initiatives from problem framing through to deployment, monitoring, and iteration — owning the full production lifecycle. With no dedicated ML engineering function, you'll be responsible for ensuring your solutions are robust, scalable, and performing in the real world long after they ship.
• GenAI & LLM Application: Design and build LLM-powered solutions where they create genuine business value — document processing, intelligent search, content understanding, and beyond. Apply them alongside classical ML with clear judgement about where each approach earns its place.
• Commercial Impact: Connect your work directly to business outcomes. Whether you're building a model to improve marketing efficiency, a pricing signal to sharpen commercial decisions, or a recommendation engine to increase conversion — you understand the business lever you're pulling and design your solutions accordingly.
• Prototyping & Experimentation: Move fast to test ideas before committing to full-scale development. Define rigorous success metrics upfront, validate honestly, and know when to double down and when to walk away.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Finance, Engineering and Operations stakeholders to understand problems deeply before reaching for a solution. Translate findings into clear, actionable narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Standards & Craft: Contribute to shared best practices, documentation, and ways of working that raise the bar for the data science function — and help more junior team members grow alongside you. Drive continued adoption of AI capabilities to drive efficiencies, automation and constantly leverage new capabilities.

• Become an expert on your brands, gaining a deep understanding of their challenges, opportunities and overall performance on the Carwow platform.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients, primarily through phone and video calls, to build strong and long lasting relationships.
• Provide insightful performance analysis and recommend process improvements to dealer partners to enhance their return on investment on Carwow.
• Lead the onboarding and training of new dealerships, ensuring a seamless experience and driving high retention rates.
• Take ownership of your portfolio’s performance, with clear targets including the upselling of additional products and services.
• Collaborate closely with the field based Partner Success team to ensure client strategies are executed seamlessly and effectively.

Customer Success Manager

• Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Executives responsible for assessing and successfully listing cars for sale in daily auctions.
• Drive the team to achieve daily and weekly volume and conversion targets.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and ongoing support.
• Monitor team performance against key metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage the team pipeline, balancing workload, opportunities and SLAs.
