About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with customers to create value and deliver outcomes, adoption, and renewals
- Proactively collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified customer experience across the lifecycle
- Provide Day-2 support on Cisco products and solutions for customers
- Demonstrate expertise across technologies, developing specialized insight in a sector or domain
- Serve as a focal point for proactive problem resolution
- Develops and delivers technical content and guidance that supports customer engagements and drives solution adoption
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance delivery efficiency, innovation and customer outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors or Master's degree in a technical field
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience and good knowledge in routing and switching protocols like: IGP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ISIS, STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, VDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN,VXLAN-EVPN etc
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and experience in Cisco Routing and switching Platforms like Cisco ISR 1800/1900/2900/3900/4000 Series routers, ASR 1000 , Cat 9k,6500, 6800, 4500, Nexus 9k,7k
- Good experience in one of the SDN technology(Cisco SDWAN/SDA/ACI)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
