About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead Cisco’s global strategy across Foundry, OSAT and Substrates
- Support Silicon One, Cisco’s flagship silicon platform
- Ensure alignment of supply, technology, and commercial strategy to support Cisco’s Silicon One
- Operate across semiconductor technology, engineering, and supply chain
- Ensure technology leadership, supply continuity, and competitive advantage
- Build and lead a world-class organization focused on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and ecosystem development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor sourcing, supplier management, or technology supply chain leadership
- Strong knowledge of Foundry, OSAT, and substrate markets, including technology trends and supplier landscape
- Experience supporting custom silicon programs within complex technology environments
- 6+ years of experience leading global teams and organizations
- Experience in product development cycles and close partnership with engineering organizations
- Financial and commercial expertise, including cost modeling, capacity planning, and long-term agreements
