About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Document, analyze, and optimize product operations processes
- Identify system gaps, pain points, and automation opportunities
- Develop and maintain process maps, operating procedures, and training documentation for Oracle
- Partner with IT to manage configuration changes, testing and validation of system changes
- Support data audits, compliance checks and reporting requirements for internal and external partners
- Partner with product operations and engineering to support product releases, change orders and lifecycle status updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in a process improvement or business analyst role
- Familiarity with fabless semiconductor operations including foundry interfaces, OSAT management, and engineering changes processes
- Familiarity with setting up bills of material and New Product Introduction process
- Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Familiarity with MS Office Products, including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Product Management modules
