About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the delivery of advanced, multi-area solutions across SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers
- Support the design, deployment, migration, and optimization of complex solutions for strategic customers
- Serve as the focal point for technical issues, including product/software vulnerabilities, escalations, and case resolution in partnership with TAC
- Engage in customer solution discussions — connecting proposed solutions to business priorities
- Create customer-facing documentation, migration plans, and implementation plans aligned to CX standards
- Build complex test environments to validate designs
- Leverage Cisco AI and automation tools to drive delivery efficiency, contribute reusable intellectual capital, and mentor early-career engineers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's + 5 years, Master's + 3 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Active CCNP certification (Enterprise track preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying Cisco enterprise networks (Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, or SD-Access or Nexus DC)
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following: Cisco SD-Access or Cisco SD-WAN/Meraki or Nexus Data Centre Technology
- Working knowledge of automation and programmability (Python, Ansible, Terraform, REST APIs)
