About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a primary technical authority and strategic advisor for customers in the Middle East
- Lead the full technical sales cycle from discovery and solution design to proof-of-value and deal closure
- Influence high-value security investments and drive revenue growth through superior solution design
- Lead discovery sessions to architect comprehensive solutions that address specific customer threats and compliance requirements
- Collaborate across functions to integrate identity security solutions with broader networking portfolios
- Foster a culture of high performance and innovation within the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or similar role
- Working knowledge of the Identity and IAM ecosystem
- Ability to closely collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to drive business results
- Extensive experience working with customers across the Middle East region of EMEA
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences from practitioners to executives
- Strong business acumen connecting technical solutions to business outcomes and ROI
- Consultative selling approach with proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships
- Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with security, networking, and identity platforms
- Experience with different Identity and directory vendors and their products
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Cisco CCIE/CCNP, ISC2, or other industry-standard certification in Security or Networking.
