Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience hiring for Hardware or ASIC engineering
  • 2+ years of proven experience working in a regulated industry, government contractor, or other corporate, OFCCP-compliant environment
  • Thorough understanding of EEO laws
  • Experience managing immigration in a recruiting landscape
  • Experience influencing business leaders to adopt new practices
  • Experience using data to analyze trends and identify roadblocks
  • Demonstrated experience staying aware of current, evolving trends in the AI field
