  • Establish governance frameworks, metrics, and standards for planning and fulfillment process optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience with Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience orchestrating planning across multiple functions
  • Proven experience in supply chain project and program management
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex programs and driving consensus through high-level conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional environment
