About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the global fulfillment ecosystem for Cisco’s Demo Loan Services (DLS), ensuring high-precision delivery of equipment to support critical sales cycles.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–8 years of professional experience in supply chain operations, specifically within distribution, fulfillment, or vendor management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party provider networks, including the oversight of contractual KPIs and operational standards.
  • Proven track record in analyzing operational trends and presenting data-driven findings to senior leadership.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional change initiatives within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with modern supply chain IT solutions, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
