About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process Engineering interns will be assigned a process engineering mentor.
- Assigned projects during internship to support operating facilities through technical engineering knowledge and project management skills.
- Optimizing facilities to deliver maximum value safely and reliably.
- Providing technical engineering support for turnarounds and projects.
- Developing and/or deploying industry leading technologies to reduce carbon, increase efficiency and maximize returns.
- Using digitalization and data analytics to improve process operations and safety.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering.
- Strong academic performance in core programs.
- Communication, leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate The Chevron Way.
