About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive technology design, optimization / implementation, execution for projects/accounts
  • Assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies
  • Support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design
  • Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate issues
  • Build and deliver customer collateral, documentation, and knowledge transfer
  • Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BE/B.Tech/BSC Computer Science or equivalent
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of at least one Customer Vertical / IT industry
  • Software programmability, automation, orchestration and/or virtualization expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Exposure to Software design principles and Object Oriented Programming concepts
  • Programming using Java/Python
  • Unit testing framework like Junit knowledge
  • Experience in Linux/Unix environment
  • Relational Databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL knowledge
  • Developing ReSTFul Web Services using XML/JSON
