Key responsibilities & impact

Create code across our backend estate touching high volume streaming, responsive backend-for-frontend APIs, scalable domain services, transactional and analytical databases and more
Ensure the resilience and robustness of our platform to keep our customers having a great experience
Design technical solutions for new product offerings and evolutions of our existing architecture
Evolve our development and operational processes so we can keep getting faster, more reliable and with even higher quality
Help your teammates evolve their skills and practice through practical mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert-level understanding of Java or Kotlin
Wide experience working distributed systems especially using Apache Kafka
Strong architecture and design skills including data and API modelling
On-the-job experience with agentic AI development including skills and harness development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
Knowledge of Kotlin and Golang
Strong understanding of Kubernetes and modern cloud deployment
Exposure to a variety of datastore technologies covering transactional and analytical, relational and document-based.
