About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute high-volume transactional posting of charges and orders for parts and services
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately, completely, and within defined SLAs
- Validate documentation completeness to support posting and audit requirements
- Respond to routine audit requests, corrections, and standard adjustments
- Maintain high accuracy to reduce rework and revenue leakage
- Follow documented SOPs, job aids, and work instructions
- Escalate exceptions and system issues per guidelines
- Support basic data gathering and verification
- Meet productivity and quality expectations tied to volume and accuracy
- Demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service to Cox Automotive business operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED
- Generally, less than 2 years of experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience partnering with both internal and external customers
- Excellent oral and written communication required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to support business-driven schedules, including occasional weekend/holiday coverage and extended hours as required by auction cycles and client needs
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills and proficient use of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
