About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute high-volume transactional posting of charges and orders for parts and services
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately, completely, and within defined SLAs
  • Validate documentation completeness to support posting and audit requirements
  • Respond to routine audit requests, corrections, and standard adjustments
  • Maintain high accuracy to reduce rework and revenue leakage
  • Follow documented SOPs, job aids, and work instructions
  • Escalate exceptions and system issues per guidelines
  • Support basic data gathering and verification
  • Meet productivity and quality expectations tied to volume and accuracy
  • Demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service to Cox Automotive business operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with both internal and external customers
  • Excellent oral and written communication required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to support business-driven schedules, including occasional weekend/holiday coverage and extended hours as required by auction cycles and client needs
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficient use of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
