• Responsible for all aspects of partner recruitment, enablement, growth of the sales funnel, and selling the Cox Business and Cox Commercial Services portfolio
• Executing a plan to optimize revenue opportunities and growth within a multi-state territory

• Sets mutual success metrics with top channel partners and executes a go-to-market sales plan
• Proactively manages large channel partner sold customers including quarterly business reviews, account growth plans, customer and partner education, collaboration with Service Management, Complex Billing SME, Sales Engineering and Executive Leadership
• Recruits new channel partners into the program based on their profile and propensity to sell Cox Business, Cox Private Networks, Hospitality Networks and Cloud solutions
• Travels to attend regional and national partner events regularly

Agent Channel Manager

Machine Learning Engineer

• Design, train and ship damage detection and segmentation models from dataset curation through deployment
• Contribute to technical direction on model architecture, including CNNs & transformers
• Leverage LLMs, VLMs & agentic workflows to streamline dataset mining & collection
• Partner with our annotation teams to build the datasets that make these models work
• Deploy models to production on server & mobile in collaboration with other teams
• Help set the technical bar for the team’s code, experiments, and reproducibility
• Occasional travel to attend meetings, conferences or production facilities may be required

Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Computer Vision

Customer Support

• Be an ambassador of Private Store providing consultative information for the end users and Private Store clients.
• Develop cooperative relationships with Private Store Level 2, Private Store Sales, Corporate Partners, such as Manheim and MDM and our client teams.
• Inform all parties of the status of open issues and work closely with escalation partners to identify, document and monitor all exceptions to the standard processes to create best practices.
• Problem solving, including consulting with dealers and educating them about Private Store, Manheim Digital / In-Lane and ancillary partners.
• Provide responsive, timely telephone, chat and email support.
• At a minimum, all calls should be returned before the close of business on the same day.
• The Customer Care Specialist II (CCSII) will act as the single point of contact for issues, from identification through resolution as often as possible.
• Provide training to end users on all aspects of Private Store and ancillary product offerings.

Outside Sales

• Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
