Product Manager

• Own your product area end to end: from understanding the problem and shaping the solution through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Get close to customers and the problem space: run discovery interviews, dig into usage data, and develop a sharp, evidence-based point of view on what to build and why.
• Prototype ideas early and often: use AI-generated prototypes, or whatever it takes to make an idea tangible, test assumptions fast, and avoid building the wrong thing.
• Write detailed, well-reasoned requirements that give engineering and design exactly what they need. Define success metrics upfront and track them through to delivery.
• Stay close to the work through delivery: collaborate daily with engineering and design, unblock problems quickly, and coordinate launches including enablement and go to market.
• Make confident scope, quality, and timeline trade-off calls: staying decisive with incomplete information and keeping the team moving.
• Communicate product plans and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership, with the confidence to defend prioritisation decisions.

Solutions Engineer

• Engage with prospects to understand their business case and requirements
• Deliver engaging and bespoke product demonstrations to prospects, addressing technical and business value
• Design and present proof-of-concept solutions tailored to client environments
• Serve as technical expert and point of contact during the sales cycle
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and iterations
• Co-own (with Enterprise Sales Director) the RFP/RFI development and responses
• Participate in industry events, webinars and customer workshops as needed
• Stay up to date on financial services regulations technologies and emerging trends

Customer Support

• Manage the CUBE Oden regional customer support function day-to-day, coordinating operations, overseeing support queues, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team of Support Specialists in line with evolving business and customer needs.
• Coach the team through complex technical and functional support issues, ensuring effective troubleshooting, clear customer communication, and adherence to service standards.
• Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and other business functions to drive timely case resolution and meet customer SLAs.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CUBE Oden and extend it as the product evolves, including content for customers migrating from legacy platforms.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of AI-driven support tools to improve efficiency, self-service capability, and scalability.
• Manage escalations and executive communications effectively, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and issues are resolved promptly.
• Establish service standards, monitor operational performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements to process, tooling, and documentation.
• Proactively manage customer expectations, satisfaction, and retention by identifying risks early and taking appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating feedback, requirements, and priorities into clear improvement actions for Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Drive best practices that improve scalability, operational efficiency, and customer experience across the global support organisation.

Customer Support Manager

• Maintain and update master data across core business systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently across multiple entities and currencies.
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and perform three-way matching (PO, goods receipt, and invoice), resolving discrepancies before posting.
• Code invoices to the appropriate entity, general ledger account, and cost centre.
• Flag and validate tax treatments (VAT, GST, WHT) across multiple jurisdictions for review.
• Manage vendor statement reconciliations and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data, including independent verification of supplier bank account changes.
• Process employee expense claims and out-of-pocket reimbursements across multiple entities.
• Review and validate transactions within expense and travel systems.

Support Engineer

• Deliver comprehensive M365, end-user compute, and workplace systems support to our global staff.
• 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, M365 and connectivity across UK and remote staff.
• Manage and prioritise a personal ticket queue to SLA using Jira Service Management.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints, mobile devices, and AV/conferencing equipment.
• Support VPN, conditional access, and remote access solutions.
• Investigate and escalate complex infrastructure or security issues.
