About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the management and resolution of all bank fee management cases
  • Contribute to bank fee forecasting process
  • Assist with preparation of GL entries supporting the bank fee process
  • Prepare responses for quarterly SOX controls
  • Communicate with audit through Audit Board
  • Ensure compliance with SOX deadlines
  • Support the Security Administration team by assisting with the fulfillment of access / entitlement requests
  • Track / manage access via team database

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency with Excel and Outlook)
  • 1+ years of strong written and oral communication skills, across various levels of management
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana General Ledger
  • Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger
  • Knowledge of FIS Integrity
  • Knowledge of HCB / CVS legal entity structure
  • Knowledge of Cash Management Accounting Background
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
