About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with account management teams to understand plan sponsor needs, business rules, and customization expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customized Resources for Living (RFL) and Provider Search configurations, ensuring high accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Clarify requirements through discovery sessions, documentation reviews, and sponsor-specific use cases.
- Translate plan sponsor requests into detailed business requirements, acceptance criteria, and configuration instructions.
- Document content, branding elements, links, and experience variations required for custom deployments.
- Maintain configuration logs, version history, and standard repeatable processes for ongoing updates.
- Configure or oversee configuration of content and branding elements passed through front-end tools into our content management systems.
- Validate that customizations render correctly across platforms (web, iOS, Android) and conduct quality checks, review QA environments, and ensure alignment with sponsor expectations.
- Work with engineering, UX, product, and QA teams to support enhancements to how customizations are handled within the platform.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide clarification on requirements during development sprints.
- Identify opportunities to streamline customization workflows, templates, and tooling.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting digital products or content-driven experiences.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated success managing complex client-specific configurations.
- Experience translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital experience platforms (web/mobile).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including participation in refinement, sprint planning, and testing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and deadlines.
