About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, and user stories

- Support requirements traceability, solution validation, and testing activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to gather and document business and functional requirements
- Experience working across cross-functional teams, including business and technology stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
