Requirements

What you’ll need

Support OCM workstreams across a portfolio of projects
Apply structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar)
Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments
Develop change management deliverables including roadmaps and training summaries
Manage project plans, editorial calendars, and reporting dashboards
Facilitate two-way feedback loops between influencer communities and the communications team
