About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems
Write code, develop software components, and implement complex functionalities
Use Workday Studio to develop complex integrations
Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other pre-built connectors to integrate Workday with third-party applications
Customize integrations to meet business requirements
Build integration workflows that trigger business processes in Workday
Oversee the deployment of integration solutions into production environments
Assist with data migration efforts
Ensure that integrations are updated to remain compatible with Workday’s quarterly releases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make high-level architectural decisions
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Manage external integrations with third-party vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools
5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills
5+ years' experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills
5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern
1+ year experience working on Workday Extend and Orchestration
1+ year demonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio
1+ year experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts
Bachelor's degree required
