About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of planning and resource management processes.
  • Help establish and reinforce team-wide norms, workflows, and governance practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, planning, program management, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools
  • Proven ability to support the design, implementation, and sustainment of operational processes and governance models.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking to connect execution details to business goals.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across teams and leadership levels.
