About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Sr Principal Trainers in developing and maintaining role-based curricula and training materials
- Assist with training readiness activities including environment validation, content reviews, and deployment preparation
- Participate in training delivery and provide support during instructor-led sessions
- Collaborate with Clinical Informatics, Operations, IT, and Learning & Development teams
- Ensure training materials reflect current workflows and system functionality
- Support go-live activities, including at-the-elbow support and issue escalation
- Identify opportunities to improve training content and learner experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 + years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or enterprise training
- Hands-on Epic experience in an operational, training, or support capacity
- Epic certification not required at hire
- Must obtain required certification(s) within 6 -12 months of hire
