About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Sr Principal Trainers in developing and maintaining role-based curricula and training materials
  • Assist with training readiness activities including environment validation, content reviews, and deployment preparation
  • Participate in training delivery and provide support during instructor-led sessions
  • Collaborate with Clinical Informatics, Operations, IT, and Learning & Development teams
  • Ensure training materials reflect current workflows and system functionality
  • Support go-live activities, including at-the-elbow support and issue escalation
  • Identify opportunities to improve training content and learner experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 + years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or enterprise training
  • Hands-on Epic experience in an operational, training, or support capacity
  • Epic certification not required at hire
  • Must obtain required certification(s) within 6 -12 months of hire
