About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise Release Management coordination across teams, ensuring efficient, predictable, and low-risk delivery
- Establish and govern ITIL-aligned release processes adaptable to Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Oversee release readiness, risk and dependency management, and Go/No-Go decision-making
- Manage release schedules, ServiceNow change records, and stakeholder communication across functions
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and adoption of AI-enabled release capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, or IT Operations within enterprise environments
- 5+ years applying ITIL Change and Release Management practices across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence for release tracking and documentation
- 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and alignment across technical and business teams
- 5+ years driving operational improvements through automation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making, with strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification preferred
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab or GitHub
