About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- support Specialty Operations through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven solutions
- partner closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and drive measurable business impact
- develop predictive models, perform exploratory and statistical analyses
- translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for operational and executive audiences
- contribute to emerging AI initiatives, including the design and development of AI agents and intelligent automation capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and model development
- Experience working with SQL and large-scale structured datasets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical business stakeholders
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, or operational insights that drive business decisions
- Knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, hypothesis testing, and forecasting
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, business-facing environment
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills
