Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must reside in Jefferson County, Kentucky
  • Ability to travel up to 33% of the time
  • Certification in or eligibility to become certified as a KY Family Peer Support Specialist
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be a self-identified parent or other family member who has lived experience with caring for a youth family member or guardian of youth
  • Must have received services related to a mental health, substance use, or co-occurring mental health and substance use disability from at least 1 child-serving agency
