About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the central point of communication for litigation teams.

  • Provide on-site trial support and supervise junior paralegals during trial preparation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of paralegal experience, depending upon practice area and position available.
  • Bachelor’s degree and completion of paralegal program of study preferred, or clear demonstration of equivalent knowledge and skill
  • Exceptional time and task management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills at a post-college level.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Proficiency in legal research and document retention databases such as Westlaw, LexisNexis.
  • Proficiency in trial support software (e.g., Trial Director or OnCue).
  • Proficiency in eDiscovery document review platforms, specifically Relativity.
  • Availability for overtime as needed to meet deadlines and support trial schedules.
