About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a point of contact for QRM-related queries;
  • Support the business navigating QRM processes;
  • Support the design, testing and rollout of QRM firm projects, processes and initiatives by working with several departments of the firm (legal department, AML/CTF team, Security Office…);
  • Document, update and manage QRM operations ensuring alignment with Global Frameworks and local requirements;
  • Participate in internal practice reviews and Client portfolio risk reviews;
  • Evaluate new digital tools and services from a QRM perspective;
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects;
  • Aid in QRM communication and training efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related discipline;
  • 2-4 years of experience in Tax, Risk management, Compliance, Internal Control, or similar fields within a professional service environment;
  • Analytical and risk-minded with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach allowing to propose sound solutions;
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of basic technology (e.g., Excel);
  • Fluent in English and proficient in French or another language.
