About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensuring the A&A department resourcing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining and updating the scheduling system for A&A and ensuring service requirements are met
- Assisting in resolving scheduling clashes and proactively providing solutions
- Ensuring scheduling processes are followed and understood by staff
- Inputting into the workforce planning process, including short-term placements and secondments
- Providing reports for management meetings with full responsibility for the accuracy of data provided
- Liaising with the Learning team regarding study leave for professional exams
- Working with Learning leads to source and schedule suitable facilitators for training courses
- Contributing to the development of best practices and continuous improvement within the scheduling function
- Embracing flexible and remote working techniques to support efficient service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an administrative role within a professional environment.
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload to meet deadlines across a wide range of tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while taking initiative and working collaboratively
- Strong team work ethic and collaborative approach
