About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assisting in the development and implementation of restructuring / wind-down / liquidation plans
Supporting and handling the entire process (realization of assets, settlement of liabilities, handling of claims, etc.)
Coordinating with stakeholders and dealing with accounting, tax, strategy, valuation, and legal

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Fluency in English and French
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Dynamic, rigorous, organized and resourceful
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of German is a plus
