About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to financial crime, regulatory, or policy initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
- Support the delivery of large change programmes, managing priorities and deadlines effectively
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure alignment and successful implementation
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communication to drive project progress and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced BA, ideally in financial crime, regulatory or policy focused.
- Experience of working on a big change programme or experience delivering to tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
