About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and triage the Digital Change mailbox, redirecting requests, tracking follow-ups, and escalating urgent items, as well as access requests, ticket follow-ups, and logs of actions taken.
- Provide administrative support to the Digital Change team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, or Excel files used to monitor team activity and deployment progress.
- Prepare and update PowerPoint materials, internal communications, meeting notes, and process documentation.
- Support regular team reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines with initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to maintain, manipulate, and analyze data accurately.
- Fluent in English, with adaptability to change and a reliable, service-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative support or secretarial field
