About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned accounts
- Drive sell-in aligned to sell-out performance through strategic recommendations
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and promotional opportunities
- Execute outbound sales calls to nurture existing accounts and unlock new revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon, spa and Medspa partners
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored business solutions to support account growth
- Maintain consistent communication cadence via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development
- Promote Dermalogica’s education programs, workshops, and digital learning platforms
- Support customers in building knowledge, confidence, and retail success
- Maintain accurate account data, sales activity, and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
- Analyze account performance, purchasing behavior, and growth opportunities through Power BI, Sugar CRM and Gorgias
- Partner with field sales, education, marketing, and customer service teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3+ years in inside sales, account management, or business development
- Experience in professional beauty, skincare, FMCG, or health-related industries preferred
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Sugar CRM, PowerBI, Gorgias, etc. a plus)
- Esthetician/skin therapist background is a strong asset
- Preferred candidate Bilingual (French)
