About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry out secretarial tasks (draft, revise, update and format documents for various departments, etc.)
- Carry out internal administrative tasks (sales tracking, dashboards, expense reports, inventory management, performance reviews, etc.)
- Help your superior manage their agenda, mail, emails and phone calls
- Consolidate and coordinate deliverables for decision-making bodies containing confidential, strategic information
- Plan and attend management committee and other meetings
- Draft reports and minutes and follow up as needed
- Help organize event logistics (meetings, travel, public relations activities, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- General college diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
