About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support your immediate supervisor by helping to develop business strategies in line with Desjardins' strategic priorities and the unit's challenges
  • Ensure sound risk management for the Desjardins Business Centre
  • Ensure the quality of services and business relationships with various partners
  • Implement and monitor the action plan to achieve target results
  • Ensure that the action plan is integrated with performance management plans from other sectors
  • Establish management and communication practices that promote talent acquisition and management, team synergy, and change management, aligned with Desjardins' values
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to develop skills, increase engagement, and empower employees
  • Implement and develop a competitive, profitable service offering that incorporates partnerships with other units

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
