About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support your immediate supervisor by helping to develop business strategies in line with Desjardins' strategic priorities and the unit's challenges
Ensure sound risk management for the Desjardins Business Centre
Ensure the quality of services and business relationships with various partners
Implement and monitor the action plan to achieve target results
Ensure that the action plan is integrated with performance management plans from other sectors
Establish management and communication practices that promote talent acquisition and management, team synergy, and change management, aligned with Desjardins' values
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to develop skills, increase engagement, and empower employees
Implement and develop a competitive, profitable service offering that incorporates partnerships with other units
Ensure efficient processes and continuous improvement to enhance profitability
Promote the Desjardins brand and strengthen the organization's roots in the community
Uphold Desjardins' cooperative values.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
