About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the internal control system
- Ensure that supervisory controls are completed, and be responsible for execution quality
- Complete certain supervisory controls and reporting
- Liaise with relevant Desjardins components
- Support the senior compliance officer in monitoring activities for the distribution of investment products and reporting, if applicable
- Manage activities related to operational risk, including risk and control self-assessment
- Help managers identify and implement corrective measures
- Ensure that activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing legislation (PCMLTFA) are carried out
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
