About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships with members and clients
  • Provide customer service and sell specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs
  • Drive results by reviewing information requests for specialized products and services and promoting and selling them according to client needs and the unit’s business objectives and strategies
  • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
  • Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
  • Advise members and clients on specialized products and services and ensure their satisfaction
  • Review client needs and compile and analyze relevant data
  • Assist members and clients by listening to their needs and proposing personalized solutions
  • Help identify your unit’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up to date on the latest standards, products, and services in your field.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma in a related field
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties, required work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients
