About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and enrich the user experience of members and clients on different virtual platforms
- Serve as a specialist advisor and subject matter expert for the definition of user journeys
- Lead different stakeholders with respect to development projects and complex initiatives
- Help solve highly complex problems that require analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge
- Ensure the identification of opportunities to improve the member and client experience
- Lead efforts to define the user journeys and the desired user experience
- Ensure the design of mock-ups, user personas, functional specifications, and information architecture
- Conduct trend monitoring and develop practices in terms of digital and user-focused design
- Ensure co-creation runs smoothly between UI, product management, and IT development teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
