About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide management support for the team
- Coordinate technical activities, action plans, and initiatives
- Coach and guide a team composed primarily of technical and support employees
- Assign tasks and activities and monitor progress regularly
- Support employee engagement by creating a positive, motivating work environment
- Solve technical problems and help develop and improve technical methods and procedures
- Serve as a technical collaborator for your unit
- Help determine your unit’s service offer and ensure projects and activities are planned and executed
- Meet targets on time and on budget and manage results, performance, quality, and client/partner satisfaction
- Help develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members
- Help resolve complaints and problems in accordance with the organization’s practices
- Manage the budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
