About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sell and provide advice on life, health, disability and critical illness insurance products
- Assess customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed
- Establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources
- Help target and analyze potential member/client files
- Act on business opportunities and present information to partners so that members and clients can reach their financial goals
- Monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay on top of new products and trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Attestation of Collegial Studies
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle to ensure mobility
- Available to work Monday to Friday, including two evenings
