About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients for all claims
- Handle low-complexity auto insurance bodily injury claims
- Investigate claims in accordance with the organization’s standards and policies
- Complete and preserve investigation materials to assess damage exposures in automobile related bodily injury claims
- Review reports and other documents and determine appropriate course of action in accordance with the organization’s standards, policies and quality commitments to ensure client satisfaction
- Work with any and all necessary parties involved in claims
Requirements

- A minimum of two years of relevant experience of direct experience in APD Claims
