About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing and maintaining lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients
- Advising members and clients on the best strategies and determining target outcomes
- Managing business relationships, assessing member/client satisfaction and service quality, following up and identifying areas for improvement
- Preparing comprehensive financial plans, targeted investment and financing strategies and insurance offers for clients
- Promoting digital solutions and helping members and clients start using them
- Conducting onsite visits of the businesses served
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Hold the Financial Planner designation issued by the IQPF, or be willing to obtain it within the next 24 months
- Knowledge of French is required
- Available to work evenings or weekends on occasion, based on regional business development activities
