About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical, logistical and operational support to projects
  • Coordinate suppliers, equipment, field logistics and deployed teams
  • Research experiential design suppliers and trends to support technical choices
  • Support schedule planning; book and coordinate suppliers, locations and equipment
  • Monitor production (setting, materials) and organize all event logistics
  • Supervise setup and teardown by production partners and activation launches
  • Manage contests and prospects; recruit, train and coordinate field teams and ambassadors
  • Ensure brand compliance and client experience; collect field data and contribute to event post-mortems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
  • Available for occasional evening and weekend work
  • Available to travel based on assignments (driver’s licence required; mileage reimbursement provided)
