Account Executive

• Serve as the subject matter expert for ElevenLabs' Music products, supporting enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through deployment.
• Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing product expertise, customer education, and strategic guidance on music-specific use cases.
• Drive adoption of our Music platform across enterprise customers in Media & Entertainment, technology, gaming, advertising, publishing, and other creative industries.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the music ecosystem, including DSPs, music technology companies, record labels, publishers, creators, and enterprise buyers.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and workshops that showcase the capabilities and business value of our Music products.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring customer feedback into product development and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop scalable enablement materials, best practices, and sales playbooks to help the broader commercial organization successfully position our Music products.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, music technology, and the evolving music industry to help shape ElevenLabs' long-term strategy.

Account Executive – Music Specialist

Manager

• Develop and execute our Country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting and hiring
• Design the optimal pipeline to reach our ambitious sales targets in the B2B side. In this sense, you will be expected to lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market
• Hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations
• Define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness
• Represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances
• Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities, in partnership with the global BD team

General Manager

Frontend Engineer

• Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across the marketing site, landing pages, and signup/onboarding funnels
• Form hypotheses from analytics, session data, and user research; prioritize tests by expected impact and effort
• Design, build, QA, and launch A/B and multivariate tests; ensure results are statistically sound
• Partner with design, engineering, and copy to spec and ship high-quality variants quickly
• Analyze results, document learnings, and turn wins into durable improvements across the funnel
• Instrument funnel analytics and tracking so conversion impact is measurable end-to-end

• Design, build, and continuously optimize lifecycle and nurture campaigns across email, in-product, and other owned channels for both self-serve (PQL) and enterprise (MQL/SQL) funnels
• Own lead scoring and segmentation models in HubSpot, ensuring leads are routed and prioritized based on fit and intent signals
• Manage the marketing-to-sales handoff in partnership with RevOps and Sales — clean data, clear SLAs, tight feedback loops
• Build and run ABM programs for target enterprise accounts, coordinating with Sales and content on account-specific messaging
• Use AI-driven workflows to personalize content, automate segmentation, and reduce time-to-launch on new lifecycle programs

B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities that align with ElevenLabs' product offering and roadmap.
• Run agile, high-velocity outbound and outreach — moving fast from first touch to close.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team.
• Develop and maintain a deep, hands-on understanding of ElevenLabs' products and how they map to customer use cases.
• Own KPI and sales performance tracking, providing weekly updates to the wider ElevenLabs team.

Support Engineer

• Own enterprise support end-to-end — diagnose complex issues quickly, communicate clearly, and follow through until resolved
• Provide high-quality technical support in English
• Become a deep expert in ElevenAgents and how our customers use it to orchestrate LLMs, telephony, and other AI integrations
• Identify patterns across support tickets and surface product gaps to engineering and product teams

Technical Customer Support Specialist

Events

• Own end-to-end logistics and delivery for field events and brand activations across EMEA
• Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and venue relationships across multiple markets
• Support trade show presence including booth builds, sponsorship fulfilment, and on-site execution

• Turn product marketing's positioning into campaign assets: ads, emails, webinars, landing pages, and outbound sequences SDRs can use.
• Partner with product marketing, paid media, and sales to keep messaging consistent across every channel.
• Own pipeline and conversion for your assigned industries, and report clearly on what's working and what isn't.
• Keep the creative pipeline full: brief and ship new ad creative, webinar content, and nurture flows on a regular cadence.

Demand Generation

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across Italy.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities - including ElevenAgents - can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends - particularly as they apply to regulated Italian industries.
• Demonstrate expertise - or a strong willingness to learn - about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within key enterprise verticals, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

Account Executive – Enterprise

• Set go-to-market strategy, quotas, segmentation, and territory design across LATAM mid-market accounts including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Mid-Market AEs, recruiting, enabling, and driving results across multiple markets and languages.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecast, and improve conversion metrics across stages.
